over 19 years of experience in the maritime industry, with expertise in vessel management, compliance, and operational efficiency. Starting as a Marine Engineer, he progressed to senior roles, overseeing dry-docking, retrofitting, major repairs, and fleet optimization across various vessel types. His work has consistently improved fuel efficiency, safety, and maintenance strategies. he combines technical knowledge with strategic insight. As an alumnus of IIM Mumbai and BITS Pilani, he brings a forward-thinking, entrepreneurial vision to the company—driving the adoption of advanced technologies and innovative practices. Capt. Angad Bakshi is an accomplished maritime professional with over 26 years of extensive experience in the oil and chemical tanker sector, with specialized expertise in the highly complex trade of parcel chemical tankers.
Following a distinguished seafaring career, Capt. Bakshi transitioned to shore-based operations in 2015, where he has been actively engaged in maritime assurance functions. His responsibilities have included liaising with Oil Majors and Flag States, and overseeing the effective implementation and continuous enhancement of safety and operational standards in alignment with the Tanker Management and Self-Assessment (TMSA) framework.
